This segment will be dedicated to ridiculous things that I (or in this case my husband) comes across on the newswire. Real news stories about real live foolishness. I can't even react to this one. But they must have some super strong ooooooo weeeee in Spain for this heffa to think she can send the world a bill for sun usage. LOL She's crazy as hell.
